Today is International Women’s Day (IWD), a “global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.” This year’s national IWD theme, ‘Break the Bias,’ calls on us all to raise awareness about women’s equality and disrupt bias, discrimination and stereotypes in our communities, workplaces, schools, universities and beyond.
